We specialise in providing clients with comprehensive mortgage advice from the comprehensive range of lenders available to us. Advice is also provided for the associated cover needed for a mortgage loan such as life cover and critical illness cover
All of our advisers hold the required qualifications to give specialist mortgage advice to our clients. Our senior mortgage advisers all each have a minimum of 10 years experience of advising clients on their mortgage and financial matters. We may charge a fee for arranging your mortgage. A typical fee is £495. We do not charge advice fees for arranging life cover or critical illness cover.

We have an experienced & friendly management team in place. A unique blend of two highly trained financial experts & mortgage advisers who manage the conventional through to the more complex mortgages.
Rabinder has worked in the financial industry for over 26 years, in a variety of roles such as : Mortgage adviser, Mortgage Underwriter and now Executive Mortgage and Protection Adviser.
She made the final three for Top Protection Broker at the 2019 British Mortgage Awards and throughout her career has won a number of awards like: Top Adviser in the North region for 2018 and 2019 Whilst working within her previous broker firm.
Rabinder always said she is blessed to have an occupation that gives her so much pleasure in helping people to buy their homes and protect their families. Such a rewarding job.
In her spare time, Rabinder mostly spends time with the people she loves most, her family…. Which includes four beautiful grandchildren.

Mel has been helping her customers in the financial industry for the past 10 years, from working as a Protection Adviser, Banking Adviser, Mortgage Adviser and Working her way up to a Senior Mortgage and Protection adviser now.
Mel is passionate about helping her clients take those important steps in their lives to achieve their goals and make sure they have suitable protection in place to ensure her customers and families are looked after should the worst happen.
In her spare time, Mel enjoys travelling and sight seeing abroad and in the UK. Her favourite place she visited was Bali. And she enjoys experimenting with her culinary skills in the kitchen.
Her aim is to find you the right mortgage and protection package to suit your individual needs and circumstances. Mel looks after her clients from the moment they purchase their first home, buying an investment property, re-mortgaging to buying a property her clients want to retire in.
